Curt Iles is genuine and “what you see is what you get.” Audiences respond to this. Through God’s blessings and hundreds of speaking opportunities, he has developed a unique style of speaking blending stories, humor, scripture, good eye contact, and a big smile. Curt knows how to adjust his presentation to meet time constraints and end on time with listeners wanting more.
In his own words, "I simply enjoy being among people and it shows. Networking and making friends is what I do and who I am." Curt Iles's Bio
Curt Iles writes from his hometown of Dry Creek, Louisiana. A lover of stories, nature, history, and dogs, he writes of the wonders of the woods and the memorable people who live there. The author of nine books, Curt also is a busy speaker logging over 100 events yearly.
He and his wife DeDe are the parents of three sons and five grandsons. When not writing, Curt hikes, travels to Africa/Asia/Central America, gardens, plays the drums, and enjoys his family and lifetime country friends. Creekbank Stories comes from his first book, Stories from the Creekbank, as well as his unique home town of Dry Creek. The purpose of Creekbank Stories is “Influencing the world with moving stories that inspire, entertain, and educate.” My goal is to write from a good place called the Louisiana Piney Woods while moving out as a ‘ripple effect’ to the world.” |
